You didn’t expect this, did you? After all, smoking does damage to your lungs and your skin, but not your back or does it? According to experts, people who smoke do suffer from recurring back problems, because the act restricts the flow of blood to the vertebrae, and this is what typically causes a world of pain.

Stop smoking right now and feel the difference not just in your back, but also in the rest of your body. Not only will you start to feel better but you will also look good, and that is just icing on the cake.
