Nicole Richie enjoys a relaxing morning at the flea market with Derek Blasberg ahead of Jennifer Lawrence’s wedding in Rhode Island

She’s one of the lucky stars invited to Jennifer Lawrence‘s wedding on Saturday. 

And ahead of the big night, Nicole Richie, 38, was seen enjoying a morning stroll with Vogue journalist, Derek Blasberg, 37, in Newport, Rhode Island. 

The pair appeared in calm spirits as they enjoyed a trip to a local flea market.

Nicole attempted to keep a low profile in an oversized black sweater and tights for the outing. 

She kept warm with a large pashmina scarf of a tan color and accessorised with square shaped shades. 

The wife of Joel Madden carried a cup of tea along with her and styled her blonde hair back naturally.

Nicole was makeup free and appeared to be in high spirits while out with her male friends at the market. 

Derek also tried to keep warm during the chilly morning outing in a grey sweater and dark trousers. 

The pair are among other celebrity guests including, Kris Jenner, Adele, and Nicole’s brother and sister-in-law, Cameron Diaz and Benji Maden invited to Jennifer Lawrence’s wedding to Cooke Maroney. 

The bride-to-be touched down in Rhode Island with her fiance on Friday ahead of their weekend nuptials.

Jennifer and Cooke spared no expense, holding a festive rehearsal dinner on Friday evening where the sky was lit up by fireworks.  

The couple have reportedly invited 150 people to their nuptials, with a minimum spend being around $100 a head for the most basic package.

Jennifer has reportedly enlisted the services of wedding planner Mark Seed and is pulling out all the stops when it comes to food, with s’mores on the dessert menu.

Smoked pork belly with pickled apple, salt cod beignet, sweet potato flat cakes and Brussels sprouts with cured egg yolk are among the appetizer options.

For guests who still have room left, the entrees will include a leg of beef that has been aged from five years and is topped with forager’s sauce.

Wood-roasted fish with lemon-infused butter and herbs is available too, as are vegetarian options including smoked new potatoes and whey braised cabbage.

Homemade s’mores, salted caramel apples, chocolate bread pudding and cauldron fritters with cinnamon sugar and bourbon cream will finish off the evening.
