A gaggle of mates and I went to Veritas Vineyard’s newest Supper Sequence Dinner: The French Cafe. Right here’s the recap!

That is the second 12 months that Veritas has held its Supper Sequence dinners. Virtually each month there’s a themed dinner with a number of programs and wine pairings introduced by a proficient chef. Going to a themed dinner is considered one of my all-time favourite actions, so I used to be honored to weblog about this expertise once more.

The theme in July was the French cafe. Dinner was served out on the patio below string lights – we had been transported to Paris from the menu to the jazz band. And we acquired fortunate with PERFECT climate for outside eating!

Late July additionally occurs to be our buddy Sean’s birthday, and he is a large Francophile! So this was the right event to have a good time. We wearing French florals and stunned him the day of with our plans.

I LOVED the creativity on this course. We thought these shavings had been some form of candy chocolate however they had been truly CHEESE! 18 month comté cheese served over honey ice cream. What a novel and scrumptious mixture! The dessert wine paired was a Petit Manseng.
