My group of gymnasium pals had an American Pie theme night time. Right here’s the recap!
Completely happy Memorial Day!
In the present day we honor those that have served our Armed Forces. Family and friends are gathering in a day of fellowship, which could contain some American apple pie! Many would say this weekend is the kickoff of summer season – the most effective season!
It’s the season of outside eating…
Shoutout to the most effective summer season beer: Three Notch’d’s Firefly Honeysuckle Beer!
Clothes and no winter coats…
And rooftop bars with a heat breeze!
The Quirk’s rooftop is very good!
American Pie Evening
In honor of summertime starting, this group of pals gathered for an American Pie themed night time!
Our pal Julie hosted, and put out an unimaginable unfold of snacks and pies!!
The Gals!
Bye Bye Miss American Pie
My theatrical track and dance buddy Sean and I choreographed a manufacturing to the track American Pie and carried out it for the group. It had singing, dancing, faucet dancing, props, and extra!
American Pie Dance!
The Film
We watched the film (American Pie) later within the night time. I hadn’t seen it in 20 years!! Hilarious. And such a enjoyable time! (Sure that could be a Christmas tree in Julie’s front room – haha!!)
Yoga in Staunton
Lest you suppose all we do is occasion into the night time, right here’s a daytime exercise! We took a discipline journey to Staunton to take our pal Holly’s yoga class!
Holly is a newly minted yoga teacher, and he or she teaches at Phoenix Health and Yoga in Staunton. We caravanned over the mountain to take her class on a Sunday afternoon.
The category was nice – a a lot wanted stretch! Should you stay close by, search for Holly!
Afterwards we walked by way of downtown Staunton to Byers Road Bistro the place we had a stunning patio dinner.
I had the Bistro Salad with salmon on high. Extremely suggest because of the selfmade salad dressings! (Additionally suggest the pimento cheese hushpuppies and candied pecan Brussels sprouts!)
Staunton, we’ll be again!
