- ½ cup bitter cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 giant strawberries, sliced

- Preheat the oven to 350 F and put together a regular muffin pan with parchment liners.
- In a bowl, stir collectively the flours, sweetener, baking powder and salt.
